Also featured in this new document release seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
